If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 

   We will gladly accept your return in exchange for STORE CREDIT for up to 7 days. 

• All returns must be unworn and include the box and all originally packaging. 

  All sale items or any item purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

  Once we receive your return, you will automatically receive a store credit via email in form of a gift card. Your gift card can be used anytime online or in store.

  Store Credit can be used during sale times and non-sale times.
• The customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, those items are FINAL SALE. 
• You may exchange your item for another item in another style once your previous shipment has been returned to our store. 
• For a defected shoe, ONLY within the first 14 days shoes refundable since purchase date.

• Please Note: Starting November 13th, 2023: Any cancellation on an order placed will have a 6% service and restocking fee.
