To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them.

 

What items are returnable?

We will gladly accept your return for STORE CREDIT only, within 7 days of your order. For a defected shoe, we will accept returns within 14 days of your order.

  • Unworn shoes
  • Include the box
  • In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping - labels will not be given.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you choose to exchange your item, we will cover shipping of the new item to you. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • You may exchange your item for another item in another style once your previous shipment has been returned to our store.
  • If you selected store credit, that will only be issues once your package has been returned and inspected. You will receive an email with your store credit code. This can be redeemed on both sale and non sale items in our store.
